These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company 3032 Oü with a capital of 2500 euros whose registered office is at: Sakala tn 7-2 Tallinn, 10141, Estonia, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Tallinn under number 14917972 and on the other hand, by any natural person (sole proprietorship) or legal entity wishing to make a purchase hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

Object
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between 3032 and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made. The acquisition of a good or service implies an unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale. These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or special conditions not expressly approved by 3032. 3032 reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Characteristics of the goods and services offered
Our products and services are offered within the limits of available stocks and intended for electrical and communication professionals with knowledge of them and a technical ability to use them. Each product is accompanied by a description specifying its characteristics. The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but can not ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, especially with regard to colors.

Rates
The prices appearing in our catalog are prices excluding VAT in euros not taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order; Any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of products or services. 3032 reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include the costs of order processing, transport and delivery insofar as they take place in the geographical areas provided below.

B2B Sales
We only sell to professionals with an intra-community VAT number. We do not sell to individuals.

Order processing
Orders and requests for quotes are processed in priority by email during our opening hours on working days from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. Outside these hours or in case of saturation of our services following a large influx of orders to be processed we will not be able to process them the same day. We do not process quote requests or orders over the phone.

Stock
We strive to keep the product sheets up to date. In case of unavailable product the customer will be notified by email and a similar product will be offered. If no similar product is available, the customer may request a refund of his order. The stock status is purely indicative, for an urgent order we advise the customer to contact our sales department.

Commands
The buyer, who wishes to buy a product or service must:
–  check his order (quote or invoice) and billing and delivery addresses (no change is possible as soon as the order is registered),
–  make the payment under the conditions laid down,
–  sign the proof of print (BAT) and return it (in case of order of personalized gobo). The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, the acknowledgement of having perfect knowledge of them and the waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be proof of the transaction. The confirmation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. The seller will communicate by e-mail confirmation of the registered order.

.BAT
We perform proofs only on request (the files being made by the customers). Some TAOs may be subject to billing. In case of modification of a BAT after validation of an order costs of 25 € HT may be requested.

Announced deadlines
The deadlines are expressed in working days and for any validated order (payment and file ready to print) before 10:30. These deadlines are informative and we can not be held responsible in case of delay of the carrier.

Withdrawal/Returns/Cancellation
The products being personalized by the customer no cancellation is possible. The same applies to custom-made products. Exceptionally we can accept a cancellation before printing or personalization. A handling fee of 10% of the value of the product with a minimum of 35 € HT will then be applied. In case of unpacked goods or damaged product and packaging, product restoration or repackaging costs may be applied. An administrative fee of 35 € HT will also be charged in case of cancellation before the start of production or delivery. Any return request must be approved by customer service upstream. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Compliance with professional constraints and capacity of installation/use:
Customers are considered electrical and/or communication professionals. These must provide files in accordance with computer graphics standards. In case of non-compliance or inability to provide quality files our DTP department can provide a quote for the realization or compliance. They also master the rules and standards of electrical installation.

Terms of payment
The price is due at the time of ordering. Payments will be made by: credit card or bank transfer. Orders will only be shipped upon confirmation of payment by our bank.

Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products have left the premises of 3032. In the event of damage during transport, the reasoned complaint must be made directly to the carrier upon delivery. Each package must be checked in the presence of the carrier in order to make any reservations. In case of delivery damage keep the packaging (in case of inspection by the carrier) and take pictures of it and damage to the product. Imperatively transmit within the day of receipt an email to customer service (after this time no recourse will be possible).
Delivery times are only indicative; If these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded. 3032 cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery. These are beyond our control. In case of emergency, the customer must contact the sales department to obtain a quote for a guaranteed delivery on a scheduled date.

Guarantee
All products supplied by the seller benefit from a 2-year return workshop warranty. In case of modification of the product, the warranty is void. The products must be used under the conditions described on the product sheets (ignition time, operating temperature range, etc.) and installed by an electrical professional. Personalized products are not returned, exchanged or refunded. All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email contact via the form of this site within thirty days of delivery. In case of problem on an order, customer service must be contacted within the day by email. No return is accepted without the approval of the sales department who will communicate to the customer a return number and the address of our logistics platform. In case of return without having respected this procedure the package is considered lost by our logistics department and the customer will not be able to claim any refund or compensation.

Retention of title
Retention of title clause: the seller retains full ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the price, in application of the law of 12 May 1980.

Dispute Resolution
These online terms and conditions are subject to Estonian law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Tallinn, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.
