Shipping your parcel
Packages are shipped after receiving payment for products in stock. For orders for products in stock, the shipment is made on average 48 hours after receiving the order. For the engraving of gobo glass the production times are specified on the product sheets.
Once your order is ready it is shipped via carrier with a follow-up number available on request to Customer Service. The carrier's delivery time is on average 3 working days from our logistics platform.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items into one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and a shipping fee applies to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile objects.
The size of the boxes is appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Delays, delays and express delivery
The time frames indicated are indicative deadlines. Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for the carrier's delay. In case of urgent need on a specific date please contact Customer Service upstream before ordering for confirmation of feasibility. Customer Service will be able to offer you if feasibility, optional express delivery.
Break - obligation to check the goods in the presence of the carrier
As the goods are fragile, it is obligatory to check the latter in the presence of the carrier. In case of damage or breakage issue the reservations directly to the delivery driver and contact us in the day by email at business hours with pictures of the packaging and the products concerned. Without your email within 24 hours no complaints will be received from the carrier.
