Shipping your package
Packages are shipped after receipt of payment for products in stock. For orders of products in stock, the shipment is done on average 48 hours after receipt of the order. For the engraving of glass gobo the production times are specified on the product sheets.
Once your order is ready it is shipped via carrier with a tracking number available on request to Customer Service. The delivery time of the carrier is on average 3/4 working days from our logistics platform.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you combine all your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Delays, delays and express delivery
The deadlines indicated are indicative deadlines. Under no circumstances can we be held responsible in case of delay of the carrier. In case of urgent need on a specific date please contact Customer Service before placing your order for confirmation of feasibility. The Customer Service will thus be able to offer you if feasible, as an option an express delivery.
Breakage & obligation to check the goods in the presence of the carrier
The goods being fragile it is mandatory to check the latter in the presence of the carrier. In case of damage or breakage issue the reservations directly to the deliverer and contact us imperatively during the day by email during working hours with photos of the packaging and products concerned. Without your email within 24 hours no claim can be received from the carrier.
